【摘要】：在我國已初步形成"獎貸助"為主導(dǎo)、"勤補免"為補充的高校貧困生多方位資助體系的時代背景下,文章立足法治視角,審視當(dāng)下我國高校貧困生資助工作存在的諸多爭議,以期進一步規(guī)范和完善高校貧困生資助工作,使其更好地發(fā)揮促進教育公平、維護社會公正的功能。
[Abstract]:Under the background that "prize, loan and aid" has been formed in our country and supplemented by "diligent compensation and exemption", the article examines the disputes existing in the work of subsidizing impoverished students in colleges and universities from the perspective of the rule of law. The purpose of this paper is to standardize and perfect the work of subsidizing the poor students in colleges and universities so as to make it play a better role in promoting education fairness and maintaining social justice.
