【摘要】：在構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會中,法治問題因其地位和作用等原因就很顯然的成為重要的突破口。依法治國是將國家各項事務(wù)、經(jīng)濟文化事業(yè)和社會事務(wù)都納入法治的軌道并依法管理。構(gòu)建和諧社會的宗旨是為了實現(xiàn)人與人的和諧相處、人與社會的和諧相處、人與自然的和諧相處。構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會是我們共同目標,社會主義法治正是實現(xiàn)這個宏偉目標的途徑。 本文通過對法治的剖析,目的是為了更加明確法治的重要性,同時找出我國法治現(xiàn)況不適應(yīng)全國各族人民的構(gòu)建和諧社會需要的不足之處。立法系統(tǒng)的不完善、司法力度的不足、法律監(jiān)督的不力、公民綜合素質(zhì)還有待提高等方面都揭示當前構(gòu)建和諧社會還存在諸多問題。因此,構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會就必須解決上述法治方面現(xiàn)存的諸多問題,以推進構(gòu)建我國社會主義和諧社會的偉大事業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In building a harmonious socialist society, the rule of law has obviously become an important breakthrough because of its status and role. Governing the country according to law is to bring all state affairs, economic and cultural undertakings and social affairs into the track of rule of law and manage according to law. The purpose of constructing a harmonious society is to realize the harmony between people, between people and society, and between man and nature. The construction of a harmonious socialist society is our common goal, and the socialist rule of law is the way to achieve this grand goal. Through the analysis of the rule of law, the purpose of this paper is to make clear the importance of the rule of law. At the same time, we find out the deficiency that the present situation of rule of law in our country can not meet the needs of the people of all nationalities in constructing a harmonious society. The imperfect legislative system, insufficient judicial strength, weak legal supervision, and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of citizens have revealed that there are still many problems in the construction of a harmonious society at present. Therefore, to build a harmonious socialist society, we must solve the existing problems of the rule of law mentioned above in order to promote the great cause of building a harmonious socialist society in our country.
