【摘要】：正在醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革不斷深入和民眾法律意識日益增強的社會背景下,為適應醫(yī)學事業(yè)與法治社會發(fā)展的需要,醫(yī)學院校在加強醫(yī)學生專業(yè)技術的同時,應該注重醫(yī)學生人文素質的教育,尤其重視法律素養(yǎng)的培育,推進醫(yī)法結合,為社會培養(yǎng)高素質的醫(yī)學人才。本文通過對當前高校醫(yī)學生法律素質培育情況的理性審視,指出其不足,然后深度剖析當前醫(yī)學生法律素質培育不足的原因,最后提出強化當前醫(yī)學生法律素質培育的路徑。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the deepening reform of medical and health system and the increasing legal consciousness of the public, in order to meet the needs of the development of the medical cause and the society under the rule of law, medical colleges and universities are strengthening the professional technology of medical students at the same time. We should pay attention to the education of medical students' humanistic quality, especially the cultivation of legal literacy, promote the combination of medicine and law, and train high quality medical talents for the society. Through the rational examination of the current situation of the cultivation of the legal quality of medical students in colleges and universities, this paper points out its deficiency, then analyzes in depth the reasons for the insufficiency of the cultivation of the legal quality of the medical students at present, and finally puts forward the way to strengthen the cultivation of the legal quality of the medical students at present.
