【摘要】：1969年,日本著作權(quán)法制定有關(guān)盲人利用的條款,在2000年、2006年、2009年擴充并修正相關(guān)的規(guī)定。2009年的修正案將服務(wù)對象由視障和聽障人士擴展到所有的殘障人士,將殘障服務(wù)的主體擴展到所有類型的圖書館,同時還增加復(fù)制作品的方法,為日本圖書館進行殘障服務(wù)提供了法律基礎(chǔ)。在修正后,日本圖書館積極加強殘障服務(wù)。這種放寬是對著作權(quán)的限制,更是對殘障人士認知自由的保障。
[Abstract]:In 1969, the Japanese copyright Law made provisions on the use of blind people, and in 2000, 2006, 2009, the relevant provisions were expanded and amended. The 2009 amendment extended the scope of services from the visually impaired and the hearing-impaired to all persons with disabilities. The subject of disability services is extended to all types of libraries, and the method of copying works is added, which provides a legal basis for Japanese libraries to carry out disability services. After the revision, the Japanese library actively strengthens the disability service. This relaxation is the restriction of copyright and the protection of the freedom of cognition of the disabled.
