【摘要】：正為應(yīng)對網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展,歐洲將信息隱私權(quán)擴展為更廣泛的數(shù)據(jù)保護,形成一個系統(tǒng)來確保對"個人信息"的電腦化使用不會對隱私權(quán)以及名譽、不受歧視、公正審理等權(quán)利的行使造成不利影響。這里所說的"個人信息"是指關(guān)于可知或可確定的作為"數(shù)據(jù)對象"的個人的任何信息,哪怕屬于"公共領(lǐng)域"。為此目的而設(shè)立的專門監(jiān)管機構(gòu)——數(shù)據(jù)保護局,與法院一道共同執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)保護。與此同時,搜索、公開傳播和接收信息的新方式大量出現(xiàn),而這些信息中有很多本質(zhì)上是個人信息。歐盟
[Abstract]:In response to the development of the Internet, Europe has expanded the right to information privacy to broader data protection, creating a system to ensure that the computerized use of "personal information" does not discriminate against privacy and reputation.
