【摘要】：法學教育的改革最終的支撐點都是課程體系的設(shè)置,它承載著法律知識傳遞的重要責任。但是,即便是以師資力量見長的五大政法類院校,在課程設(shè)置方面,也存在著實踐性不足的問題,無法承擔起法律職業(yè)正規(guī)化、職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化的建設(shè)使命,無法凸顯特色化的法學教育辦學理念。在未來的法學教育課程設(shè)置中,加大法律實踐教學課程的比重,強化法律職業(yè)倫理教育,分類設(shè)置法學必修課程,模塊化建設(shè)法律課程體系,將是回應全面依法治國,有效化解當前法學教育困局的一條可行之路。
[Abstract]:The ultimate supporting point of the reform of legal education is the setting of curriculum system, which bears the important responsibility of legal knowledge transmission. However, even the five major political and legal colleges, which are highly qualified as teachers, still have problems of lacking in practice in setting up courses, and they cannot undertake the mission of formalizing, professionalizing and professionalizing the legal profession. It is impossible to highlight the characteristic idea of running a school of law. In the course of law education in the future, increasing the proportion of legal practice teaching course, strengthening legal professional ethics education, classifying the compulsory course of law, constructing the legal curriculum system by modularization, will be in response to the rule of law in an all-round way. A feasible way to effectively resolve the current difficulties in legal education.
