【摘要】：在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨探索廉政建設(shè)法治化,是延續(xù)中央蘇區(qū)廉政建設(shè)的傳統(tǒng),也是鞏固自身政權(quán)的需要。在抗日根據(jù)地,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)立法、懲治和教育領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展了廉政建設(shè)法治化的實(shí)踐探索。認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)和汲取抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期廉政建設(shè)法治化實(shí)踐探索經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)當(dāng)前強(qiáng)化法治反腐力度具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:During the Anti-Japanese War, the CPC explored the rule of law in the construction of a clean government, which was the continuation of the tradition of building a clean government in the Central Soviet area and the need to consolidate its own political power. In the anti-Japanese base area, the Communist Party of China carried out the practice of legalizing the construction of clean government in the fields of legislation, punishment and education. It is of great practical significance to study and learn from the practice and exploration experience in the construction of a clean and honest government during the Anti-Japanese War, which is of great practical significance for strengthening the anti-corruption efforts of the rule of law at present.
