【摘要】：作為一種治國方略,良法善治優(yōu)于人治。改革開放30多年來,中國各方面取得巨大成就,這與法治之價值密不可分。法治是一項浩瀚龐雜的系統(tǒng)工程,其由立法、執(zhí)法、司法、守法、法律監(jiān)督等諸多環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)成。守法作為法治建設中最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),其具有自身的邏輯價值,但在法治建設的進程中也面臨諸多困境。據(jù)此,在剖析相關困境的基礎上,構(gòu)建守法的各種條件并讓守法作為法治建設新常態(tài)已成為中國不可回避的主題。
[Abstract]:As a strategy of governing the country, good law and good governance are superior to the rule of man. Over 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in all fields, which is inseparable from the value of the rule of law. The rule of law is a vast and complicated system engineering, which consists of legislation, law enforcement, judicature, law-abiding, legal supervision and so on. As the most important link in the construction of the rule of law, law-abiding has its own logical value, but it also faces many difficulties in the process of the construction of the rule of law. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the related difficulties, it has become an unavoidable theme for China to construct various conditions of law-abiding and make law-abiding as the new normal for the construction of the rule of law.
