【摘要】：正2015年6月11日至18日,北京市教育矯治局應美國洛杉磯郡輕罪署和加拿大大不列顛哥倫比亞省(卑詩省)矯正局邀請,組織刑罰執(zhí)行單位業(yè)務骨干民警,赴美國、加拿大就輕刑犯刑罰執(zhí)行業(yè)務進行專項調研考察,訪問了美國洛杉磯郡輕罪署、洛杉磯貝爾市警察局、加拿大卑詩省溫哥華矯正局,實地考察了洛杉磯郡落斯帕蒂諾斯青少年監(jiān)獄和加拿大卑詩省社區(qū)矯正工作,參加了加方組織的社區(qū)矯正業(yè)務培訓和互動交流。本文以考察成果為依托,對美國加拿大
[Abstract]:From 11 to 18 June 2015, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Education and Correction, at the invitation of the Los Angeles County misdemeanor Administration and the British Columbia (British Columbia) Correction Bureau of Canada, organized the operational backbone of the penal enforcement unit to the United States. Canada conducted a special investigation and study on the enforcement of punishment for light offenders. It visited the Los Angeles County misdemeanor Service, the Los Angeles Bell City Police Department, and the Vancouver Corrections Bureau of British Columbia, Canada. Field visits to Los Angeles County Lospatinos Youth Prison and Community Corrections in British Columbia Canada participated in community correction training and interactive exchanges organized by Canada. Based on the investigation results, this paper makes a study of the United States and Canada.
