【摘要】：《澳大利亞生物安全法》已于2015年生效。按照新法要求,澳大利亞將配套出臺(tái)新的生物安全進(jìn)口風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析法規(guī)。本文詳述了澳大利亞新生物安全進(jìn)口風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的組織框架和工作程序,并引入評(píng)估工具,以期對(duì)我國進(jìn)口風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析制度建設(shè)有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The Australian Biosafety Act entered into force in 2015. In accordance with the requirements of the new law, Australia will introduce new biosafety import risk analysis regulations. In this paper, the organization framework and working procedure of new biosafety import risk analysis in Australia are described in detail, and an assessment tool is introduced, which is expected to be helpful to the construction of import risk analysis system in China.
