【摘要】：相對(duì)而言,監(jiān)獄史研究是一個(gè)較為冷僻而特殊的領(lǐng)域,但自晚清以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)眾多研究者的努力,仍然取得了較多的研究成果。擬對(duì)晚近以來(lái)海內(nèi)外研究中國(guó)監(jiān)獄史的著述進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的梳理和述評(píng),并就現(xiàn)有研究中所存在的不足以及未來(lái)的研究趨向,提出幾點(diǎn)個(gè)人的意見(jiàn)和建議,期望能有助于中國(guó)監(jiān)獄史研究的深入和拓展。
[Abstract]:Relatively speaking, the study of prison history is a relatively cold and special field, but since the late Qing Dynasty, through the efforts of many researchers, still achieved a lot of research results. This paper intends to sort out and comment on the works on the history of Chinese prisons at home and abroad in the recent years, and to put forward some personal opinions and suggestions on the shortcomings of the existing studies and the future research trends. It is expected to be helpful to the study of prison history in China.
