[Abstract]:Source: the Ministry of the Environment of Korea will issue a guide in October this year. Provide more detailed description of the business obligations under the Korea Chemical substances Registration and Assessment Act (Korean version of REACHA) and the Chemical substances Control Act (CCAA), including the process flow. The guidelines for the South Korean version of REACH will cover areas such as chemical registration readiness, test data gap analysis, registration procedures, data quality assessment methods, and fair cost sharing within the alliance.
