【摘要】：全面貫徹落實國家"七五"普法規(guī)劃是實現(xiàn)黨的十八屆四中全會提出的"全民守法"目標的重要途徑。本文立足于科學基金普法工作的現(xiàn)狀,全面總結科學基金普法工作的經(jīng)驗和不足,并借鑒國內其他普法工作先進單位經(jīng)驗和國外普及科學研究相關法律知識的實踐,提出了加強頂層設計,增強激勵機制,完善經(jīng)費保障,創(chuàng)新普法模式的思路,以期促進科學基金普法工作的順利推進,實現(xiàn)法治基金的目標。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to realize the goal of "abiding by the law" put forward by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Based on the current situation of science fund law popularization, this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of science fund law popularization work, and draws lessons from the experience of other advanced law popularization units in China and the practice of popularizing the relevant legal knowledge of scientific research abroad. This paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the top level design, strengthening the incentive mechanism, perfecting the fund guarantee, and innovating the mode of popularizing the law, in order to promote the smooth advancement of the science fund's law popularization work and realize the goal of the rule of law fund.
