【摘要】:創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)背景下社會對法學人才提出了更高的要求,高校的法學人才培養(yǎng)模式要堅持社會與個性發(fā)展相結合的原則,深化法學人員培養(yǎng)模式改革,根據(jù)社會對法學人才新的需求,從教師任職要求、教材的針對性選用、理論課和實踐課的課時比例、教學方法選擇等方面進行改革,培養(yǎng)出適合創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的法學人才。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the society has put forward higher requirements for legal talents. The training mode of law talents in colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of combining society with personality development, and deepen the reform of legal personnel training mode. According to the new demand of the society for law talents, the author carries on the reform from the aspects of teachers' position requirements, the pertinence selection of teaching materials, the proportion of class hours between theoretical and practical courses, and the choice of teaching methods, so as to cultivate law talents who are suitable for innovation and enterprising.
