【摘要】：農村是我國法治建設的難點和重點,而其又是傳統(tǒng)文化重要的保留地,傳統(tǒng)文化是我國法治建設不可忽視的根本影響要素之一。以三峽庫區(qū)貧困縣——奉節(jié)縣的100份村支書問卷調查為分析對象,梳理農村法治建設的現狀,分析其中的文化原因,提出推動農村法治建設文化方面的措施。
[Abstract]:The countryside is the difficult point and the key point of the construction of our country's rule of law, and it is also the important reservation land of the traditional culture. The traditional culture is one of the fundamental factors which can not be ignored in the construction of the rule of law in our country. Taking the questionnaire survey of 100 village branches in Fengjie County, the three Gorges Reservoir area, as the analysis object, this paper combs the present situation of the construction of the rule of law in rural areas, analyzes the cultural reasons among them, and puts forward some measures to promote the cultural aspects of the construction of the rule of law in the rural areas.
