【摘要】：陳瑾昆新中國著名的"紅色法學家"。1948年,華北解放之后,曾經兼任華北高等人民法院院長。中華人民共和國成立以后,曾經擔任最高人民法院副院長。他既精通民法,又精通刑法,為新中國法制建設作出了特殊貢獻。
[Abstract]:Chen Jinkun is a famous "red jurist" in New China. In 1948, after the liberation of North China, he was also president of the North China higher people's Court. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he was vice president of the Supreme people's Court. He was proficient in both civil law and criminal law, and made a special contribution to the construction of new China's legal system.
