[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that these five development concepts are a concentrated embodiment of China's development thinking, development direction, and development focus in the 13th Five-Year Plan and beyond, as well as the development experience of our country over the past 30 years of reform and opening up.It reflects our party's new understanding of the law of our country's development, thus "managing the overall situation, managing the fundamentals, managing the direction, and managing the long-term things."Proposal of the Fifth Plenary session of the Fifth Central Committee
