【摘要】：正伴隨著中國進(jìn)入全面深化改革的新的歷史時(shí)期,全面推進(jìn)依法治國成為黨和國家的重大決策以及全社會的重要共識,基于"司法公正對社會公正具有重要引領(lǐng)作用,司法不公對社會公正具有致命破壞作用",通過深化司法體制改革保證司法公正、提升司法公信力,成為法治中國建設(shè)的突破口和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。司法體制改革迄今已進(jìn)行了二十多年,學(xué)術(shù)界獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策,有力地推動(dòng)了改革向縱深發(fā)展。在進(jìn)入新的歷史時(shí)期之后,司法體制改革面臨的形勢更加復(fù)雜、任務(wù)更加艱巨。國家決策層對司法體制改革的目標(biāo)、任務(wù)、內(nèi)容和方式等作了頂層設(shè)計(jì)。如何評價(jià)頂層設(shè)計(jì)方
