【摘要】：為了應(yīng)對(duì)日益突出的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,美國(guó)在1969年頒布了《國(guó)家環(huán)境政策法》。根據(jù)此法律,美國(guó)的環(huán)境保護(hù)組織"地球之友"、"綠色和平組織"等狀告美國(guó)進(jìn)出口銀行和美國(guó)海外私人投資公司,指控他們?cè)趯?duì)海外投資時(shí)未作環(huán)境影響評(píng)估,從而影響了美國(guó)本土的生態(tài)環(huán)境,環(huán)境保護(hù)組織最后贏得了訴訟。此案對(duì)于正在面臨著相似問(wèn)題的我國(guó),有著很好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In order to deal with the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the United States promulgated the National Environmental Policy Act in 1969.Under the law, U. S. environmental groups "Friends of the Earth" and "Greenpeace" sued the Export-Import Bank of the United States and the United States overseas Private Investment Corporation, accusing them of not making environmental impact assessments when investing overseas.Thus affecting the ecological environment of the United States, environmental protection organizations finally won the lawsuit.This case is facing similar problems in China, has a good reference significance.
