【摘要】：食用油作為人類的基本食物之一,其安全問題帶有一定的隱蔽性,不但影響人類健康,而且還會影響社會穩(wěn)定�；诖�,本文以美國為例,分析了美國食用油安全規(guī)制的具體機構(gòu)及其職能,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了食用油規(guī)制的法律法規(guī)體系,并探討了食用油安全規(guī)制的運行機制,提出了對中國食用油安全規(guī)制的相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:Edible oil is one of the basic food of human being, its safety problem has certain concealment, not only affects human health, but also affects social stability.Based on this, this paper takes the United States as an example, analyzes the specific organization and function of edible oil safety regulation in the United States, and on this basis, analyzes the legal and regulatory system of edible oil regulation, and probes into the operation mechanism of edible oil safety regulation.The enlightenment to the safety regulation of edible oil in China is put forward.
