【摘要】：如何量化考核、綜合評價一個地區(qū)的法治化水平,是法治建設中的一個重大理論和現(xiàn)實問題。地方法治指數(shù)的方興未艾,就是其中的有力探索和見證。法治指數(shù)旨在借助研究方法的綜合化,建立一個用具體數(shù)值來客觀評價地區(qū)的法治發(fā)展整體狀況的量化標準和評估體系,以此來直觀具體的反映地區(qū)的法治建設水平,體現(xiàn)社會的法治滿意度。在已有的研究成果和實踐經(jīng)驗上,反思性地思考地方法治指數(shù)的法治的法理邏輯,深入挖掘其理論淵源,有助于從方法維度更有針對性的優(yōu)化和改進法治指數(shù),也有助于從路徑向度理性而穩(wěn)妥地推動地方法治指數(shù)的有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:It is an important theoretical and practical problem in the construction of the rule of law to evaluate quantitatively and synthetically the rule of law level of a region.The local rule of law index is in the ascendant, is one of the strong exploration and witness.The purpose of the index of rule of law is to establish a quantitative standard and evaluation system to objectively evaluate the overall situation of the development of the rule of law in a region with the help of the synthesis of research methods, so as to directly and concretely reflect the level of the construction of the rule of law in the region.Reflects the social satisfaction with the rule of law.On the basis of existing research results and practical experience, it is helpful to optimize and improve the index of rule of law more pertinently from the perspective of method, to reflect on the legal logic of the rule of law of the index of local rule of law, and to dig into its theoretical origin.It is also helpful to promote the index of local rule of law rationally and steadily.
