【摘要】：2014年美國(guó)簽署了2014—2018年農(nóng)業(yè)法案,該法案針對(duì)商品計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了各種調(diào)整,取消了直接補(bǔ)貼、反周期支付、平均收入選擇補(bǔ)貼,建立了價(jià)格損失保障計(jì)劃、農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障計(jì)劃,本文關(guān)注商品計(jì)劃調(diào)整的主要內(nèi)容及對(duì)中國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)者、消費(fèi)者的可能影響,并得出相關(guān)啟示。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the United States signed the 2014-2018 Agriculture Act, which makes various adjustments to the commodity program, eliminating direct subsidies, countercyclical payments, average income choice subsidies, establishing a price loss guarantee program, and an agricultural risk protection program.This paper focuses on the main contents of the adjustment of commodity planning and its possible impact on the producers and consumers of agricultural products in China, and draws some relevant revelations.
