【摘要】：社會心理學認為人之為人并與動物相區(qū)別的本質是“模仿”，“模仿”是人類文明的本源動力。論文運用塔爾德模仿理論對規(guī)則的形成及其權威性獲得進行解釋，將模仿理論所具有的對“普遍性”的鏡像復制本性與規(guī)則在本質上所表現(xiàn)的形成和運作上的“恒常性表現(xiàn)”結合起來，論證了規(guī)則作為一種群體意識，其由個體意識上升為群體意識的過程，并認為在模仿理論之下，規(guī)則理論中的“經驗產生主義”和“理性設計主義”是可以調和的。在對規(guī)則的形成予以論證之后，論文進一步對“規(guī)則的權威性”進行了模仿理論解釋，認為規(guī)則之所以具有權威性，是因為其背后蘊含著模仿理論中的“心理量含義”，并在此基礎上將這些心理量的表現(xiàn)形式區(qū)分為“意識驅動力量”和“習慣性服從力量”，，進一步將“意識驅動力量”區(qū)分為“內部意識驅動力量”和“外部意識驅動力量”，總的來講規(guī)則的權威性來源無非是“欲望”、“信念”以及“本能趨向性”心理量的集合。
[Abstract]:Social psychology holds that the essence of human being and being different from animals is imitation, which is the source of human civilization.The paper uses Talder's imitation theory to explain the formation of rules and their authoritativeness.Combining the mirrored reproduction nature of "universality" of imitation theory with the "constancy" of the formation and operation of rules in essence, this paper demonstrates that rules are a kind of group consciousness.It is a process from individual consciousness to group consciousness, and it is believed that under the imitation theory, the "empiricism" and "rational design doctrine" in the rule theory can be reconciled.After proving the formation of rules, the paper further interprets the "authority of rules", and thinks that the reason why rules are authoritative is because they contain the meaning of "psychological quantity" in imitation theory.On this basis, the manifestations of these mental quantities are classified as "consciousness driven force" and "habitually driven force", and "consciousness driven force" is further divided into "internal consciousness driving force" and "external consciousness driving force".Generally speaking, the authoritative source of rules is nothing more than "desire", "belief" and "instinctive tendency" psychological aggregates.
