【摘要】：正2014年,黑龍江省哈爾濱市公安局網(wǎng)安支隊根據(jù)權(quán)利人投訴,聯(lián)合版權(quán)部門對劉某等涉嫌侵犯"逐鹿中原"網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲著作權(quán)案展開調(diào)查。經(jīng)查,劉某、李某、桑某通過VPN代理服務(wù)等方式運營侵權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲,通過不斷變更第三方支付平臺進(jìn)行資金流轉(zhuǎn),玩家數(shù)量達(dá)數(shù)十萬人,規(guī)模接近該正版游戲,涉案金額近300萬元。2014年7月和8月,專案組分別抓獲犯罪嫌疑人劉某、李某和桑某。目前,劉某、李某已被檢察機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)逮捕,案件正在進(jìn)一

After investigation, Liu, Li, Sangmou runs infringing online games through VPN proxy service and constantly changes the third-party payment platform to carry out the circulation of funds. The number of players amounts to hundreds of thousands of people, and the scale is close to the original game, involving nearly 3 million yuan. In July and August 2014, The special case team has arrested the suspects Liu, Li and Sangmou respectively.
