【摘要】：本文關注的是"獨裁"這一概念的發(fā)展歷史,追述了羅馬共和國時期的獨裁制度的特點和演進,介紹了近代早期政治思想對于該概念的論述,尤其是公共福祉思想與該概念的聯(lián)系,概述了美國避免獨裁道路的情況,分析了獨裁制度在19世紀歐洲的發(fā)展狀況。文章還特別分析了施密特關于獨裁的理論。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the development history of the concept of "dictatorship", traces the characteristics and evolution of the autocracy in the Roman Republic, and introduces the exposition of the concept in the early modern political thought. Especially, the relation between public welfare thought and this concept, summarizes the situation of avoiding dictatorship in the United States, analyzes the development of dictatorship in Europe in the 19th century, and especially analyzes Schmidt's theory on dictatorship.
