【摘要】：民國(guó)后期,隨著選舉活動(dòng)的展開(kāi),選舉糾紛不斷出現(xiàn)。從司法檔案看,民國(guó)后期選舉糾紛有資格糾紛、名單糾紛、公告糾紛、投票糾紛、票數(shù)糾紛等。糾紛解決途徑包括行政處理、民事訴訟和刑事訴訟。但案件處理后大多未能達(dá)到控訴者的目的,這在一定程度上反映了國(guó)民黨控制下憲政的局限性。
[Abstract]:In the latter part of the Republic of China, with the development of election activities, the election disputes continued to appear. From the judicial records, the election disputes in the latter part of the Republic of China are qualified disputes, list disputes, announcement disputes, voting disputes, etc. The settlement of disputes includes administrative, civil and criminal proceedings, but most of the cases fail to achieve the purpose of the accuser, which to some extent reflects the limitations of the constitutional government under the control of the Kuomintang.
