【摘要】：《馬六甲法典》是馬來西亞最重要的古代法典,于馬六甲王國(guó)時(shí)期制定并完善。馬六甲王國(guó)是馬來西亞歷史上輝煌的一頁(yè),這個(gè)時(shí)期的治理文化豐富多彩。傳世至今的《馬六甲法典》就像時(shí)空之門的鑰匙,用它可以打開中古時(shí)期的大門,馬六甲王國(guó)的面貌呈現(xiàn)在我們眼前,深入其中,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)馬六甲王國(guó)治理文化的脈絡(luò),并且找到王國(guó)治理文化中的成功因素。沿著上面的思路,通過對(duì)《馬六甲法典》的全面研究,詮釋并分析馬六甲王國(guó)的治理文化。這是從時(shí)空上構(gòu)建馬來西亞治理文化藍(lán)圖的關(guān)鍵一筆,開啟了馬來西亞國(guó)別研究更廣闊的領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The Malacca Code, the most important ancient code in Malaysia, was formulated and perfected during the period of the Malacca Kingdom, a glorious page in the history of Malaysia. The culture of governance in this period was rich and colorful. The Malacca Code, which has been handed down to this day, is like the key to the gate of time and space. With it, it can open the door of the Middle Ages, and the face of the Malacca Kingdom appears before our eyes and goes deep into it. We can find the context of the Malacca culture of governance and the factors of success in the culture of governance of the kingdom. Along the above lines, through a comprehensive study of the Malacca Code, Interpreting and analyzing the governance culture of Malacca Kingdom, this is the key to construct the blueprint of Malaysian governance culture from time and space, which opens a broader field of Malaysian country study.
