【摘要】：立法作秀,是各級立法機構(gòu)為了逢迎輿論、展示政績而進行的不必要的、低質(zhì)量的立法活動。立法作秀浪費立法和司法資源,降低黨和政府的公信力,對此種現(xiàn)象要提高警惕,予以抵制。
[Abstract]:A legislative show is an unnecessary, low-quality legislative activity carried out by the legislative organs at all levels in order to appease public opinion and demonstrate political achievements.
