【摘要】：正一繼續(xù)大力推進(jìn)法治中國建設(shè)在35年改革開放的進(jìn)程中,我們大量引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代法治理念和制度,取得了舉世公認(rèn)的進(jìn)步。與我國社會主義初級階段相適應(yīng)的法律體系已經(jīng)形成;執(zhí)法司法狀況取得了很大進(jìn)步。在十八屆三中全會全面深化改革的大背景下,法治建設(shè)正面臨突破,可以相信,2014年及其今后相當(dāng)一個階段,法治將呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)進(jìn)步的態(tài)勢。以往的歷程已經(jīng)將立法質(zhì)量、司法執(zhí)法水平也就是影響法律有效性的問題,突出地提到了我們面前。法律是理論系統(tǒng),也是實(shí)踐系統(tǒng),是規(guī)范性法條的文本和解釋,也是社會
[Abstract]:In the course of 35 years of reform and opening up, we have introduced a large number of modern legal concepts and systems, and made world-recognized progress, and a legal system adapted to the primary stage of socialism in our country has been formed; Great progress has been made in the situation of law enforcement and administration of justice. Against the background of the comprehensive deepening of reform at the third Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee, the construction of the rule of law is facing a breakthrough. It can be believed that on 2014 and at a considerable stage in the future, The rule of law will continue to progress. In the past, the quality of legislation and the level of judicial law enforcement are the problems that affect the effectiveness of law. The law is a theoretical system as well as a practical system. It is the text and interpretation of normative laws and articles, and it is also the society.
