【摘要】：近年來(lái),在社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的同時(shí),快節(jié)奏高強(qiáng)度的現(xiàn)代生活導(dǎo)致各種衛(wèi)生、健康問(wèn)題紛至沓來(lái),公眾對(duì)于如何做好日常衛(wèi)生清潔、健康保健及疾病預(yù)防等科學(xué)知識(shí)需求激增,衛(wèi)生科普已經(jīng)涉及滲透到公眾生活的諸多方面,受到了公眾強(qiáng)烈的關(guān)注。本文研究的目的通過(guò)對(duì)民國(guó)期刊中衛(wèi)生科普內(nèi)容、形式以及成效等方面的研究,總結(jié)分析衛(wèi)生科普在民國(guó)期刊中的成效及歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析現(xiàn)當(dāng)代我國(guó)衛(wèi)生科普期刊的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代衛(wèi)生科普期刊的發(fā)展提出建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn),更好發(fā)揮衛(wèi)生科普期刊傳播衛(wèi)生知識(shí)的作用,加強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)于衛(wèi)生科學(xué)普及的認(rèn)識(shí),引導(dǎo)公眾做好衛(wèi)生保健、培養(yǎng)公眾正確處理醫(yī)學(xué)衛(wèi)生事務(wù)的能力。本文先從概念出發(fā),理清楚科普及衛(wèi)生科普、衛(wèi)生科普期刊等概念,進(jìn)而分析科普、衛(wèi)生科普之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。衛(wèi)生科普是科普的一個(gè)重要分支,它的內(nèi)涵和外延都是由科普細(xì)化而來(lái),二者是包含與被包含的關(guān)系。國(guó)家重視科普事業(yè)的發(fā)展,衛(wèi)生科普的重要價(jià)值也不容忽視,國(guó)家的健康戰(zhàn)略,各類傳染病及慢性病的治療預(yù)防都需要衛(wèi)生科普來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。文章第二部分總結(jié)了民國(guó)時(shí)期衛(wèi)生科普的發(fā)展歷程。20世紀(jì)初,在公共衛(wèi)生及醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域,中國(guó)社會(huì)危機(jī)四伏,面對(duì)全國(guó)各地時(shí)疫頻發(fā),傳染病肆虐,人口死亡率高居不下的狀況,中國(guó)的有識(shí)之士為實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家獨(dú)立、民族復(fù)興,救人民于水火之中,開(kāi)始推行“衛(wèi)生救國(guó)”運(yùn)動(dòng),此項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)得到民國(guó)政府的大力支持,向全民普及衛(wèi)生知識(shí),對(duì)于國(guó)民公眾衛(wèi)生意識(shí)的啟蒙和公眾衛(wèi)生素質(zhì)的提高至關(guān)重要。衛(wèi)生科普期刊是傳播衛(wèi)生科普的重要陣地,通過(guò)對(duì)民國(guó)時(shí)期的衛(wèi)生科普期刊進(jìn)行列表,概述民國(guó)衛(wèi)生科普期刊發(fā)展情況,選取《大眾衛(wèi)生》作為研究對(duì)象。文章第三部分主要是對(duì)《大眾衛(wèi)生》進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。包括期刊的刊物沿革、辦刊背景、創(chuàng)刊宗旨、編輯隊(duì)伍、欄目設(shè)置等。梳理《大眾衛(wèi)生》的衛(wèi)生科普內(nèi)容,包括婦幼保健、傳染病預(yù)防及治療、公共衛(wèi)生及個(gè)人衛(wèi)生知識(shí)等,分析《大眾衛(wèi)生》的科普成效以及在科普過(guò)程中運(yùn)用的科學(xué)傳播的理論——“領(lǐng)袖意見(jiàn)”理論。同時(shí)分析了《大眾衛(wèi)生》在運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)行上的一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。文章的最后部分,是對(duì)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代衛(wèi)生科普期刊所存在的各類問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了逐條分析。大致包括資金短缺、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低下、創(chuàng)作人才缺乏、期刊定位不清等問(wèn)題。結(jié)合《大眾衛(wèi)生》創(chuàng)辦運(yùn)營(yíng)中的一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)現(xiàn)當(dāng)代衛(wèi)生科普期刊的發(fā)展提出幾點(diǎn)改進(jìn)建議,包括采用企業(yè)化管理模式、嘗試眾籌模式解決資金不足、國(guó)家重視衛(wèi)生科普人才以及組建專業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)等。發(fā)揮衛(wèi)生科普期刊傳播衛(wèi)生知識(shí)的作用,對(duì)加強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)于衛(wèi)生科學(xué)普及的認(rèn)識(shí),引導(dǎo)公眾做好衛(wèi)生保健、培養(yǎng)公眾正確處理醫(yī)學(xué)衛(wèi)生事務(wù)的能力具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, the fast-paced and high-intensity modern life has led to various hygiene and health problems. The demand for scientific knowledge, such as health care and disease prevention, has soared, and the popularization of health science has been involved in many aspects of public life, and has attracted strong public attention. This paper summarizes and analyzes the achievements and historical experiences of the popularization of health science in the journals of the Republic of China, analyzes the development situation of the periodicals of the popularization of health science in modern and contemporary China, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the development of the periodicals of the popularization of health science in the present and present times. Better play the role of popularizing health science periodicals to disseminate health knowledge, strengthen the public's understanding of the popularization of health science, guide the public to do a good job of health care, and cultivate the ability of the public to handle medical and health affairs correctly. Make clear the concepts of science popularization, health science popularization, and health science popularization periodicals, and then analyze the internal relations between science popularization and health science popularization. Health science popularization is an important branch of science popularization, and its connotation and extension are derived from the refinement of science popularization. The second part of the article summarizes the development process of health science popularization in the Republic of China. In the face of frequent epidemics, rampant infectious diseases and high mortality rates throughout the country, China's people of insight began to carry out the "hygienic and national salvation" campaign in order to achieve national independence, rejuvenate the nation and save the people from water and fire. The movement was strongly supported by the government of the Republic of China, and popularizing health knowledge to the whole people was of great importance to the enlightenment of public health awareness and the improvement of public health quality. This paper summarizes the development of public health science periodicals in the Republic of China by listing the general periodicals of health science during the period of the Republic of China. Choose "Public Health" as the research object. The third part of the article mainly introduces the "Public Health" in detail, including the journal's history, the background, the founding aim, the editorial team, Sorting out the general contents of public health, including maternal and child health care, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, public health and personal hygiene knowledge, etc. This paper analyzes the effect of popular science and the theory of scientific communication applied in the process of science popularization-the theory of "opinion of leaders". At the same time, it analyzes some successful experiences in the operation and distribution of "Public Health". It is an article by article analysis of various problems existing in modern and contemporary public health science periodicals, including the shortage of funds, the low economic benefits, and the lack of creative personnel. Combined with some successful experiences in the establishment and operation of "Public Health", this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the development of modern and contemporary public health science periodicals, including adopting the mode of enterprise-oriented management. Try the crowdfunding model to solve the shortage of funds, the state attaches importance to the popularization of health science talents and the establishment of professional operation team, etc. It is necessary to give full play to the role of health science periodicals in disseminating health knowledge, so as to strengthen the public's understanding of the popularization of health science. It plays an important role in guiding the public to do a good job of health care and cultivating the ability of the public to handle medical and health affairs correctly.
