【摘要】：本論文首先通過說明中國(guó)法治文化不足的狀況，引出特定范圍——高校法治文化建設(shè)的問題，然后通過高校法治問題的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究狀況，，得出本文研究高校法治文化建設(shè)的目的和意義。 正文共分四個(gè)部分，第一部分為高校法治文化及其建設(shè)內(nèi)涵的探索。首先對(duì)法治文化進(jìn)行中外綜述，進(jìn)一步闡述高校法治文化的內(nèi)涵，最后得出我國(guó)高校法治文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵。 第二部分講述的是關(guān)于高校法治文化建設(shè)內(nèi)容方面問題。首先闡述了高校法治文化中應(yīng)蘊(yùn)含的幾個(gè)理念，然后對(duì)高校法治文化建設(shè)的對(duì)象進(jìn)行了逐個(gè)介紹。最后論述了法治文化的載體形式，使對(duì)高校法治文化建設(shè)有直觀的印象。 第三部分主要就我國(guó)高校法治文化建設(shè)問題進(jìn)行了探討，緊接著對(duì)其問題進(jìn)行了深一層次地成因分析，這一部分是文章最關(guān)鍵的部分之一。尤其在成因分析上，結(jié)合了我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)因素，我國(guó)當(dāng)前狀況和時(shí)代背景多方位進(jìn)行了成因剖析。 第四部分是本文就高校法治文化建設(shè)問題，作出的一些對(duì)策和途徑。這一部分主要從四個(gè)部分來(lái)構(gòu)架。一是高校法治文化建設(shè)要體現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，促進(jìn)師生的全面發(fā)展。二是從高校本身來(lái)說，要整合各種資源，形成法治文化的合力。三是科學(xué)的構(gòu)建高校法治文化體系，主要從特色化建設(shè)和課程化建設(shè)來(lái)說明。四是搞好各種教育的結(jié)合，主張依法治校和以德治校并重，把顯性法治教育與隱性法治教育相結(jié)合來(lái)促進(jìn)高校法治文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper firstly introduces the situation of the insufficient culture of rule of law in China, leads to the specific scope of the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities, and then through the domestic and foreign research on the issue of the rule of law in colleges and universities. The purpose and significance of this paper to study the construction of culture of rule of law in colleges and universities are obtained. The text is divided into four parts. The first part is the exploration of the connotation of the culture of rule of law and its construction in colleges and universities. Finally, the connotation of the construction of rule of law culture in colleges and universities in China is obtained. The second part is about the content of the construction of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities. Firstly, it expounds several ideas that should be contained in the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities. Then the object of the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities is introduced one by one. Finally, the carrier form of the culture of the rule of law is discussed, which makes the construction of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities have an intuitive impression. The third part mainly discusses the construction of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities in our country, and then makes a deep analysis of the causes of the problems. This part is one of the most important parts of the article, especially in the cause analysis. Combining the traditional factors of our country, the present situation and background of our country are analyzed in various ways. The 4th part is some countermeasures and approaches to the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities. This part is mainly constructed from four parts. One is that the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities should embody the scientific development view. To promote the all-round development of teachers and students. Second, from the point of view of the university itself, it is necessary to integrate all kinds of resources to form the resultant force of the culture of rule of law. The fourth is to combine all kinds of education, to promote the development of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities by combining the explicit rule of law education with the recessive rule of law education.
