【摘要】：人才培養(yǎng)目標涉及到人才培養(yǎng)的基本規(guī)格。本科應(yīng)用型法律人才培養(yǎng)目標的基本構(gòu)成要素應(yīng)當包括:知識、能力和素質(zhì)。因社會需求和各高校的人才培養(yǎng)類型定位不同,不同層次或類型的高校,其法學本科專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標的具體內(nèi)涵也應(yīng)有所不同。教學型高校本科應(yīng)用型法律人才培養(yǎng)目標應(yīng)具備三個基本特征:一是面向基層培養(yǎng)人才;二是所培養(yǎng)的人才具有突出的實際工作能力;三是要求培養(yǎng)出的人才具有從事法律實務(wù)工作必備的身心素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The goal of talent training is related to the basic specification of the cultivation of talents. The basic constituent elements of the goal of cultivating applied legal talents of undergraduate course should include: knowledge, ability and quality. Different levels or types of colleges and universities should have different specific connotations of the training objectives of undergraduate law professionals. The goal of cultivating applied legal talents of teaching colleges and universities should have three basic characteristics: first, facing to the grass-roots training of talents; The second is that the trained person has outstanding practical working ability, and the third is that the person who needs to be cultivated has the necessary physical and mental qualities and professional ethics to engage in legal practice.
