【摘要】：在依法治國的大背景下,少數(shù)民族村落的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程呈現(xiàn)復(fù)雜樣態(tài),傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)土社會秩序正在發(fā)生著解構(gòu)—重構(gòu)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)型,尤其在"法"的演變方面。傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)規(guī)民約(同意權(quán)力)已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉煞ㄒ?guī)(橫暴權(quán)力),而居民身份的少數(shù)民族村民仍習(xí)慣性地運用傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)規(guī)民約與村落內(nèi)在的倫理影響化解新出現(xiàn)的利益矛盾或平衡各方力量,從而實現(xiàn)村民的自我約束與村落的內(nèi)部治理。
[Abstract]:Under the background of ruling the country by law, the process of urbanization of minority villages presents a complex pattern, and the traditional rural social order is undergoing a historical transformation of deconstruction and reconstruction. In particular, with regard to the evolution of the Act, the traditional communal rules (consent power) have been transformed into laws and regulations (violent power). And the resident status of the minority villagers still habitually use the traditional village regulations and the inherent ethical impact of the village to resolve the emerging interests or balance the strength of all parties. So as to realize the self-restraint of villagers and the internal governance of villages.

【正文快照】： 我國正在進(jìn)行加速城鎮(zhèn)化的“升級”過程。統(tǒng)計表明,2015年末,全國城鎮(zhèn)常住人口城鎮(zhèn)化率為56.10%,比2014年末提高了1.33個百分點[1]。現(xiàn)代的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是以農(nóng)村、鄉(xiāng)土作為二元對峙關(guān)系的形制,認(rèn)知價值和實踐原理以城市為中心,鄉(xiāng)村圍繞著中心而成為“邊緣地帶”的模式進(jìn)行[2]。，
