【摘要】：全面推進依法治國至今已一年有余。近一年來,法學研究者對該主題的關注程度如何,哪些學科在關注,關注點為何?為回答這些問題,本文以CLSCI期刊載文為樣本進行實證分析。研究結(jié)論表明,該主題在法學研究中關注程度較高;學科主要集中于法理學、司法制度、民商法學和憲法學;關注點在不同學科間有所差異,但總體而言較為集中,如法治體系、審判中心主義、民法典編纂、基本權(quán)利等。
[Abstract]:Comprehensively promote the rule of law has been more than a year. In recent years, researchers pay more attention to the legal subject how, what subjects in the focus of attention, why? To answer these questions, this paper takes CLSCI journal papers as samples for empirical analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that the theme of a higher degree of concern in the study of law in the subject; mainly in jurisprudence, judicial system, civil law and constitutional law; concerns vary in different disciplines, but overall is relatively concentrated, such as the legal system, the trial center, the codification of civil law, the rights of others.
