目的：分析及探討綜合療法對不同年齡、類型及程度的弱視兒童患者的臨床治療效果。方法：選擇382例弱視兒童，將其按弱視年齡、弱勢類型、弱勢程度分組，并分別采用遮蓋法、儀器訓(xùn)練法、光學(xué)藥物壓抑法等對患者進(jìn)行綜合治療。結(jié)果：382例弱視兒童病例中，治愈率總計96%，其中3至6歲、7至10歲組的治愈率大于11至14歲組。輕、中度弱視組的治愈率大于重度弱視組。屈光不正性治愈率98%，屈光參差性治愈率95%，斜視性治愈率86%，形覺剝奪性治愈率57%，形覺剝奪性弱視的治愈率最低，治療效果最差。結(jié)論：兒童弱視的治療效果與其年齡、弱視類型及程度都有關(guān)系，其中患者的年齡越小，治愈率越高，治療效果越好。

[Abstract]

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of treatment of children with amblyopia and comprehensive therapy in patients of different ages, types and degrees of treatment. Methods:. Methods: 382 cases of children with amblyopia, amblyopia according to its age, weak type, vulnerable group, and the shaded, instrument training method, optical and drug penalization of comprehensive treatment on patients. Results: 382 cases of amblyopia children cases, the cure rate amounts to 96%, among them 3 to 6 years old, 7 to 10 age group the cure rate of more than 11 to 14 year old age group. Light, moderate amblyopia cure rate is greater than the severe amblyopia group. Ametropia anisometropia cure rate was 98%, the cure rate was 95%, strabismus, the cure rate was 86%, form deprivation cure rate 57%, form deprivation amblyopia cure rate was the lowest, the treatment effect is the worst. Conclusion: there is relationship between therapeutic effect and age, type of amblyopia and the degree of amblyopia in children, in which patients with younger age, higher cure rate, the better the treatment effect.

弱視是指沒有明顯的器質(zhì)性病變，但是單眼或者雙眼的矯正視力仍然達(dá)不到1.0。弱視是兒童眼科的常見病，對兒童視功能的正常發(fā)育有著較大的危害。如果不及時對兒童近視加以控制，等發(fā)展為高度近視，會發(fā)生一些病理性改變，人到老年容易導(dǎo)致盲癥。隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的發(fā)展，其治療手段、治療方法很多，本文臨床方法主要運(yùn)用遮蓋法、儀器訓(xùn)練法、光學(xué)藥物壓抑法等治療兒童弱視，分析綜合治療法對386例患者的治療效果。
