【摘要】：目的觀察"老十灸"治療胃寒證的臨床療效。方法選自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院針灸四科門診自2015年8月—2016年8月虛寒型慢性胃炎的70例患者,隨機(jī)分為艾灸組和西藥組各35例。西藥組采用西醫(yī)常規(guī)用藥治療,艾灸組在西藥組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予艾灸"老十針"治療,觀察艾灸組和西藥組患者治療后療效等變化。結(jié)果艾灸組和西藥組經(jīng)過治療后,艾灸組的臨床療效及胃鏡改善情況明顯優(yōu)于西藥組。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of "old ten moxibustion" in the treatment of stomach cold syndrome. Methods from August 2015 to August 2016, 70 patients with chronic gastritis of deficiency cold type were randomly divided into moxibustion group (n = 35) and western medicine group (n = 35), who were randomly divided into two groups: moxibustion group (n = 35) and western medicine group (n = 35). Western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine, moxibustion group was treated with moxibustion "Old Ten Needles" on the basis of western medicine group, and the curative effect of patients in moxibustion group and western medicine group was observed after treatment. Results after treatment in moxibustion group and western medicine group, the clinical curative effect and gastroscope improvement of moxibustion group were obviously better than those of western medicine group.
