【摘要】：目的:觀察清熱化濕和胃法治療功能性消化不良濕熱滯胃證的臨床治療效果。方法:將48例來(lái)自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)肝脾胃科門(mén)診的功能性消化不良濕熱滯胃證的患者納入本試驗(yàn)中,收錄時(shí)間段為2016年01月-2017年01月。均采用清熱化濕和胃法進(jìn)行治療。治療療程為4周。在治療前后分別對(duì)患者進(jìn)行功能性消化不良中醫(yī)主、次癥狀以及精神心理狀況的積分評(píng)定,以觀察患者癥狀的改善情況。三個(gè)月后,對(duì)治療有效的患者進(jìn)行癥狀評(píng)分,觀察復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果:入組本臨床觀察的48名患者中,有4名患者出現(xiàn)脫落。其余44名完成本試驗(yàn),其中臨床治愈7人,顯效24人,有效10人,無(wú)效3人,總有效率為93.2%。44名患者的中醫(yī)單項(xiàng)癥狀積分、中醫(yī)癥狀總積分、主要癥狀積分、次要癥狀積分前后對(duì)照有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,p0.01。存在心理障礙的患者,經(jīng)治療后SAS、SDS評(píng)分有較明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。后續(xù)隨訪治療有效的患者中有5人復(fù)發(fā),復(fù)發(fā)率為12.5%。結(jié)論:1.清熱化濕和胃法治療功能性消化不良濕熱滯胃證療效肯定,可顯著改善患者癥狀。2.清熱化濕和胃法治療功能性消化不良復(fù)發(fā)率低,遠(yuǎn)期療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of clearing heat and removing dampness and treating functional dyspepsia with dampness-heat stagnation syndrome. Methods: 48 patients with functional dyspepsia and dampness-heat stagnation syndrome from the Department of liver, spleen and stomach of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were included in this study. The period of collection was from January 2016 to January 2017. All the patients were treated by clearing away heat and dehumidifying dampness and stomach. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Patients with functional dyspepsia before and after treatment were assessed with scores of main symptoms, sub-symptoms and psycho-psychological status to observe the improvement of symptoms. Three months later, symptom scores were given to patients who had been treated effectively, and recurrence was observed. Results: of the 48 patients enrolled in the clinical observation, 4 patients showed shedding. The remaining 44 patients completed the experiment, of which 7 were clinically cured, 24 were effective, 10 were effective, 3 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.2%. The scores of single symptom, total score and main symptom of TCM were obtained in 44 patients. There was statistical difference between pre-and post-score of secondary symptoms, p0.01. After treatment, the SAS,SDS scores of the patients with psychological disorders improved significantly. The recurrence rate was 12.5% in 5 patients with effective follow-up treatment. Conclusions: 1. The treatment of functional dyspepsia with dampness-heat stagnation syndrome by clearing heat and removing dampness and stomach therapy has positive curative effect, and can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients. 2. The method of clearing heat and removing dampness and stomach for functional dyspepsia has a low recurrence rate and a good long-term effect.
