【摘要】：文章主要從脈象特征機(jī)制、生理性浮脈的影響因素、三部浮脈主病、單部浮脈主病四個(gè)方面對(duì)浮脈進(jìn)行較為全面探討。浮脈特征是脈位在表,浮取即得,浮取的壓力5~10kpa;形成機(jī)制主要為各種原因?qū)е碌年枤庠诒砘蜈呌诒淼臓顟B(tài);生理性浮脈的影響因素主要有:季節(jié)、體型、肺脈及氣溫;在其主病方面,三部浮脈主表證,亦可見于虛證、熱盛、病情向愈及病機(jī)的闡釋;單部浮脈方面:寸部脈浮主表證、上焦病證及結(jié)胸、臟結(jié),關(guān)部脈浮主中焦脾胃疾病,下部浮脈主要見于下焦陽氣復(fù)來。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the mechanism of pulse features, the influencing factors of physiological floating veins, the main diseases of three floating veins and the main diseases of single floating veins are discussed in an all-round way. The floating pulse is characterized by the position of the pulse in the surface, floating as soon as possible, floating pressure of 5 to 10 kpa. the formation mechanism is mainly the state of the Yang qi in the surface or the tendency to the surface caused by various reasons, and the influencing factors of the physiologic floating vein are: season, body type, lung vein and air temperature, and the influence factors of the floating pulse are: season, body type, lung vein and temperature; In its main disease, the three floating veins can also be seen in the syndrome of deficiency, heat, the disease to heal and explain the pathogenesis of the disease; In the aspect of single floating vein, the main symptoms of cun pulse floating, the syndrome of upper coke and chest, the visceral knot, the disease of spleen and stomach in middle coke and stomach, and the lower floating vein were mainly found in the lower Jiaoyang qi recovery.
