【摘要】：目的:通過運(yùn)用臨床觀察的方法,比較桃紅四物湯與骨友靈搽劑對女性更年期足跟痛的臨床效果,系統(tǒng)評價桃紅四物湯對女性更年期足跟痛的治療優(yōu)勢及機(jī)理。方法:本研究病患均來自黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬二院婦科門診,共收集病患60人,以隨機(jī)的方式分成治療組及對照組,每組各30人。治療組給予桃紅四物湯熏洗,對照組給予骨友靈搽劑外涂。一周為一個療程,共用藥三周,每周評定治療效果,如三周以前達(dá)到痊愈標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即可停藥。觀察比較兩組病人用藥前后足跟部疼痛、功能的改善情況。結(jié)果:兩組女性更年期足跟痛患者的病史資料對比無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),有相比性。給予桃紅四物湯足浴治療的患者總有效率為96.7%,外涂骨友靈治療總有效率為90%,桃紅四物湯熏洗治療臨床效果明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);通過對兩組患者療前與療后足跟部疼痛、功能活動進(jìn)行打分,將得到的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,具有明顯差別(P0.05);與對照組比較,治療組患者足跟部疼痛、功能活動方面的改善水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過治療,桃紅四物湯足浴治療女性經(jīng)斷前后足跟痛,效果優(yōu)于骨友靈搽劑,無明顯的副作用,療效確切。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the clinical effects of Taohong Siwu decoction and Guyoling liniment on female climacteric heel pain by clinical observation, and to evaluate the therapeutic advantage and mechanism of Taohong Siwu decoction on female climacteric heel pain. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) from the gynecological clinic of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The treatment group was given Taohong Siwu decoction fumigation and washing, while the control group was given Guyoling liniment. A week as a course of treatment, three weeks of drug sharing, weekly evaluation of the efficacy of treatment, if three weeks before reaching the standard of recovery, can stop the drug. Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of calcaneal pain, functional improvement. Results: there was no significant difference in the history of calcaneal pain between the two groups (P0.05). The total effective rate of the patients treated with Taohong Siwu decoction foot bath was 96.7%, and the total effective rate of external application of Guyoling was 90%. The clinical effect of Taohong Siwu decoction fumigation and washing was obviously better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Through the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of heel pain, functional activities were scored, the data will be statistically processed, there is a significant difference (P0.05); Compared with the control group, the improvement level of calcaneal pain and functional activity in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: after treatment, Taohong Siwu decoction foot bath is superior to Guyoling liniment in the treatment of heel pain before and after transection, and has no obvious side effects.
