【摘要】：目的:觀察通用止血湯治療圍絕經(jīng)期無排卵型功血(氣虛血瘀型)出血期的臨床療效,并借鑒古今對方藥的研究,簡單解析本方的止血作用機制。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例志愿者,采用隨機的方式分為治療組和對照組各30例。觀察兩組患者治療前后的近期止血療效、血清鈣離子水平等指標(biāo)的變化,并對藥物的療效及安全性進行簡單評價。結(jié)果:治療組的治療療效確切,其中止血療效的總有效率為93.33%;而對照組的止血療效總有效率為76.66%,治療組止血療效顯著優(yōu)于對照組。在血清鈣離子水平、中醫(yī)癥狀積分等實驗指標(biāo)的的變化來看,治療組也都明顯優(yōu)于對照組。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理表明:對于不同年齡或病情的兩組志愿者而言,藥物的止血療效沒有明顯差異。結(jié)論:通用止血湯對圍絕經(jīng)期無排卵型功血(氣虛血瘀型)出血期的治療有較好的療效,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of GXXD in treating anovulatory functional blood (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) bleeding period during perimenopause, and to analyze the hemostatic mechanism of GXXD by referring to the study of antiquity and modern medicine. Methods: 60 volunteers were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The short-term hemostatic effect, serum calcium level and so on were observed before and after treatment in two groups, and the efficacy and safety of the drug were simply evaluated. Results: the curative effect of the treatment group was definite, in which the total effective rate of the hemostatic effect was 93.33%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.66%. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. In the changes of serum calcium level, TCM symptom integral and other experimental indexes, the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in hemostatic efficacy between the two groups of volunteers of different age or condition. Conclusion: GXXD is effective in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional blood (qi deficiency and blood stasis type) bleeding period during perimenopause, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
