不同產(chǎn)地維藥古麗娜HPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:建立不同產(chǎn)地古麗娜的HPLC指紋圖譜,考察不同產(chǎn)地古麗娜藥材的質(zhì)量。方法:采用Venusil XBP C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流動(dòng)相為乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脫,流速為1.0 mL/min;柱溫:25℃;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):280 nm;進(jìn)樣量10μL。結(jié)果:確定由12個(gè)共有峰構(gòu)成古麗娜藥材的指紋特征,精密度和重復(fù)性中共有峰相對(duì)保留時(shí)間和相對(duì)峰面積RSD均小于3.0%,12批樣品與生成的對(duì)照指紋圖譜的相似度均大于0.85。對(duì)12批藥材進(jìn)行聚類分析,分成3類,聚類分析顯示產(chǎn)地和采集時(shí)間與藥材的質(zhì)量相關(guān)。結(jié)論:該方法精密度高、重現(xiàn)性好,可為古麗娜藥材的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供參考,也為古麗娜藥材進(jìn)一步開發(fā)利用奠定基礎(chǔ)。
