【摘要】："正氣存內(nèi),邪不可干"。縱觀痹癥的治療,補益正氣實為治療之核心。故在調(diào)研大量古今文獻、分析名家理論方藥的基礎(chǔ)上對治療痹癥的補益方藥、穴位進行總結(jié),探索補益正氣在痹癥治療中的有效性。以獨活寄生湯為主方補益肝腎,以烏頭湯為主方補益陽氣,以四君子湯為主方調(diào)和脾胃為臨床治療痹癥行之有效的措施。且三伏天進行穴位貼敷、冬病夏治,可收到事半功倍之效。
[Abstract]:"the spirit is inside, but evil is not to be done." Throughout the treatment of arthralgia, tonifying Qi is the core of the treatment. Therefore, based on the investigation of a large number of ancient and modern literature and the analysis of famous scholars' theoretical prescriptions, this paper summarizes the tonifying prescription and acupoints for the treatment of arthralgia, and explores the effectiveness of tonifying the vital qi in the treatment of arthralgia. It is effective to treat arthralgia with Duhuozhizhi decoction as the main prescription, aconitum decoction as the main prescription, Sijunzi decoction as the main prescription, spleen and stomach as the clinical treatment. And three days for acupoint application, winter disease treatment in summer, can get twice the effect with half the effort.
