【摘要】：目的:探討姜良鐸教授治療肺間質(zhì)纖維化的常用藥物和配伍規(guī)律。方法:以2003年3月至2015年8月在姜良鐸教授門(mén)診就診的肺間質(zhì)纖維化患者178例為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)姜良鐸教授治療肺間質(zhì)纖維化常用藥物進(jìn)行聚類分析,探索其治療肺間質(zhì)纖維化的常用藥物和配伍規(guī)律。結(jié)果:姜良鐸教授治療肺間質(zhì)纖維化使用最多的藥物為貝母、知母、瓜蔞、水蛭、海蛤殼、丹參。聚類分析顯示常用藥物可分為5類:宣肺瀉熱和疏肝清熱類;清肺化痰和活血化瘀類;益氣養(yǎng)陰和平喘類;平肝熄風(fēng)和理氣健脾類;益氣養(yǎng)陰和清熱涼血類。結(jié)論:姜良鐸教授治療肺間質(zhì)纖維化用藥注重調(diào)暢氣機(jī),于宣肺瀉熱中寓疏肝清熱;調(diào)暢氣機(jī),未病先防,既病防變,于平肝熄風(fēng)中寓理氣健脾;攻補(bǔ)兼施,于益氣養(yǎng)陰寓平喘、清熱涼血;痰瘀并治,于清肺化痰中寓活血化瘀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the common medicine and compatibility of Professor Jiang Liangduo in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Methods: 178 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis treated by Professor Jiang Liangduo from March 2003 to August 2015 were enrolled in the study. The common drugs used in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis by Professor Jiang Liangduo were analyzed by cluster analysis. Objective: to explore the common drugs and compatibility in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. Results: professor Jiang Liangduo used most medicine to treat pulmonary interstitial fibrosis: Fritillaria, Anemarrhena, Trichosanthes, Leech, Sea clam shell, Salvia miltiorrhiza. Cluster analysis showed that the common drugs can be divided into five categories: purging the lung and purging heat and soothing the liver and clearing away heat; clearing the lung and resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation; supplementing qi and nourishing yin and relieving asthma; calming the liver and dispelling wind and regulating qi and invigorating spleen; benefiting qi and nourishing yin and clearing away heat and cooling blood. Conclusion: professor Jiang Liangduo's treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis focuses on regulating qi-regulating machine, regulating liver and clearing heat in purging heat of the lung, regulating qi-regulating machine, preventing the disease before illness, regulating qi and invigorating spleen in calming the liver and quashing the wind; Both attack and tonifying, invigorating qi and yin, relieving asthma, clearing heat and cooling blood, treating phlegm and blood stasis, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in clearing lung and resolving phlegm.
