【摘要】：目的:通過尿沉渣紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,觀察養(yǎng)陰清熱湯治療原發(fā)性腎小球腎炎血尿的臨床療效。方法:選取60例肺腎陰虛、濕熱內(nèi)蘊(yùn)型原發(fā)性腎小球腎炎血尿患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組與對照組各30例。治療組予以中藥湯劑養(yǎng)陰清熱湯治療,對照組予以中成藥腎炎康復(fù)片治療。觀察治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分及尿沉渣紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、24小時(shí)尿蛋白定量的變化。結(jié)果:1.兩組治療后臨床療效結(jié)果比較,治療組總有效率為90%,對照組總有效率為76%,治療組優(yōu)于對照組,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。2.兩組治療前后中醫(yī)證候積分比較,均有顯著性差異(P0.05),且治療組優(yōu)于對照組。3.兩組治療前后尿沉渣紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、24小時(shí)尿蛋白定量比較,均有顯著性差異(P0.05),且治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:養(yǎng)陰清熱湯可以有效改善患者的臨床癥狀,使尿沉渣紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及24小時(shí)尿蛋白定量水平下降。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingre decoction on hematuria in primary glomerulonephritis. Methods: 60 patients with primary glomerulonephritis with deficiency of lung and kidney yin and damp-heat accumulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingre decoction, and the control group was treated with the traditional Chinese patent medicine nephritis rehabilitation tablet. The changes of TCM syndromes integral, urine sediment red blood cell count and 24 hour urine protein were observed before and after treatment. Results: 1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90 and the total effective rate of the control group was 76. The treatment group was superior to the control group with significant difference (P0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. 3. There were significant differences in erythrocyte count and 24 hour urine protein between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Yangyin Qingre decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, make urine sediment red blood cell count and 24 hours urine protein quantitative level decreased.
