【摘要】：目的:基于傾向性評(píng)分中的匹配法(PSM),觀察熱敏灸感與傳統(tǒng)灸感對(duì)肩周炎的灸療療效差異。方法:采用前瞻性隊(duì)列設(shè)計(jì)模式,艾灸探查同一組穴位(手三里、肩井、膏肓俞、阿是穴)的灸感。在131例受試者中運(yùn)用SPSS19.0軟件PSM功能對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行匹配,得到組間協(xié)變量均衡的樣本,共30對(duì)。其中試驗(yàn)組(n=30):出現(xiàn)6種特殊的熱敏灸感;對(duì)照組(n=30):僅有局部溫?zé)岣小山M均治療30天,隨訪6個(gè)月。觀察指標(biāo)為Michael fees肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、簡(jiǎn)化Mc Gill量表以及日常生活能力(ADL)。結(jié)果:年齡、體重指數(shù)、Michael fees肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、MPQ評(píng)分以及ADL評(píng)分在兩組間不均衡的協(xié)變量經(jīng)匹配后均達(dá)到均衡(P0.05)。治療2周和6個(gè)月隨訪后,組間Michael fees肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分、MPQ評(píng)分比較均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。熱敏灸感組不論近期療效還是遠(yuǎn)期療效均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)灸感組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:艾灸同一組穴位,熱敏灸感組對(duì)肩周炎患者的臨床療效優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)灸感組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion and traditional moxibustion on scapulohumeral periarthritis based on the matching method (PSM),. Methods: a prospective cohort design model was used to explore the moxibustion feeling of the same group of acupoints (hand San Li, shoulder well, Yan Xianshu, Ashi). SPSS19.0 software PSM function was used to match the two groups of patients and 30 pairs of covariates were obtained. There were 6 special heat sensitive moxibustion in the experimental group (nong30) and only local temperature in the control group (nf30). Both groups were treated for 30 days and followed up for 6 months. The observed indexes were Michael fees shoulder function score, simplified Mc Gill scale and (ADL). Results: age, body mass index (, Michael fees) shoulder function score, MPQ score and ADL score were all balanced after matching between the two groups (P0.05). After 2 weeks and 6 months follow-up, there were significant differences in Michael fees shoulder function score and MPQ score between the two groups (P0.05). The heat sensitive moxibustion group was superior to the traditional moxibustion group in both short-term and long-term effects (P0.05). Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on shoulder periarthritis is better than that of traditional moxibustion.
