【摘要】：目的觀察骨八方治療肱骨遠端骨折早期軟組織挫傷的臨床效果。方法選取80例在我院治療的符合納入標準的肱骨遠端骨折患者隨機分成觀察組和對照組,每組各40例。對照組僅采用常規(guī)對癥處理,觀察組在此基礎上加服骨八方1劑/d。分別觀察兩組患者治療前、治療第3、7天VAS疼痛評分、傷肢及健肢周徑差,炎癥因子白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子(TNF-α)的含量及治療前后軟組織損傷癥狀分級量化積分等變化。結果治療前兩組VAS疼痛評分、傷肢及健肢周徑差、IL-6、TNF-α含量、軟組織損傷分級量化積分比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組VAS疼痛評分、傷肢及健肢周徑差、軟組織損傷分級量化積分均得到改善(P0.05或0.01),其中觀察組VAS疼痛評分、傷肢及健肢周徑差在治療第3、7天均小于對照組(P0.05或0.01)。治療第3、7天,兩組IL-6、TNF-α含量均有下降,且觀察組顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。臨床療效比較,觀察組總有效率87.5%,對照組總有效率77.5%;觀察組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論骨八方治療肱骨遠端骨折早期軟組織挫傷療效良好,能有效緩解傷肢疼痛、促進傷肢腫脹的消退,降低炎癥因子IL-6、TNF-α含量以抑制炎癥反應,降低軟組織損傷癥狀分級量化積分,且安全性較好,無明顯不良反應,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of treating early soft tissue contusion of distal humerus fracture. Methods Eighty patients with distal humeral fracture treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was treated with 1 dose per day. VAS pain score, peripheral diameter difference between injured and healthy limbs, inflammatory factor interleukin-6 (IL-6) were observed before treatment and 3 days after treatment, respectively. The content of tumor necrosis factor (TNF- 偽) and the quantitative score of soft tissue injury symptom before and after treatment. Results there was no significant difference in VAS pain score, peripheral diameter difference between injured and healthy limbs, IL-6,TNF- 偽 content and quantitative score of soft tissue injury in the two groups before treatment (P0.05). After treatment, the VAS pain score, the circumference difference of injured and healthy limbs, and the quantitative score of soft tissue injury were improved in both groups (P0.05 or 0.01), and the VAS pain score was improved in observation group. The difference of circumference of injured and healthy limbs was lower than that of control group on the 3rd day of treatment (P0.05 or 0.01). On the 3rd day of treatment, the content of IL-6,TNF- 偽 decreased in both groups, and the level of IL-6,TNF- 偽 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01). The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%, and that of control group was 77.5%. The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of early soft tissue contusion of distal humeral fracture with Gubafang has a good effect, which can effectively relieve the pain of the injured limb, promote the regression of the swelling of the injured limb, and reduce the content of IL-6,TNF- 偽 in order to suppress the inflammatory reaction. Reducing the score of soft tissue injury symptom grade and quantification, and the safety is good, no obvious adverse reaction, it is worth popularizing in clinic.
