【摘要】：自噬是指細(xì)胞在外界環(huán)境的作用下,在溶酶體內(nèi)降解受損的細(xì)胞器及生物大分子以維持細(xì)胞穩(wěn)定性的過程,細(xì)胞自噬參與多種心血管疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程。動脈粥樣硬化作為心血管疾病的主要病因,其發(fā)病過程十分復(fù)雜,病因病機也尚不完全明確。以脾-線粒體相關(guān)性理論為基礎(chǔ),從塞因塞用、以補開塞角度淺談動脈粥樣硬化與自噬的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為自噬可雙向干預(yù)動脈粥樣硬化。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is a process in which cells degrade damaged organelles and biomolecules in lysosome to maintain cell stability. Autophagy is involved in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases. As the main cause of cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis is very complicated and the etiology and pathogenesis are not completely clear. Based on the theory of correlation between spleen and mitochondria, the relationship between atherosclerosis and autophagy was discussed from the point of view of Sainesse. It was concluded that autophagy could interfere with atherosclerosis in both directions.
