【摘要】：牛陽(yáng)教授認(rèn)為胃痛發(fā)生多因外感邪氣、內(nèi)傷飲食情志,臟腑功能失調(diào)等導(dǎo)致。發(fā)生趨于年輕化,以實(shí)證居多,原因在于飲食不節(jié)(潔)、生活工作壓力大。"不通則痛""不榮則痛"是基本病機(jī)。脾主升,胃主降,脾胃升降之樞全賴肝之疏泄,故治療應(yīng)充分掌握"同病異治"原則,調(diào)理氣機(jī),理氣和胃止痛。主要治療方法為清熱、疏肝、利濕。附驗(yàn)案4則。
[Abstract]:Professor Niuyang believes that stomachache is caused by external evil, internal injury of food and mood, dysfunction of viscera and so on.
