【摘要】：目的:探討針灸理療對(duì)藥物治療腰椎間盤突出癥生活質(zhì)量影響性,以期更好治療該疾病。方法:選取2011年11月—2014年11月158例腰椎間盤突出癥患者為研究對(duì)象,分成兩組,對(duì)照組79例,采用活血止痛等藥物治療,觀察組79例,加用針灸理療治療,觀察治療前后在相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果:對(duì)照組治愈率26.58%、總有效率83.54%,觀察組治愈率40.51%、總有效率93.67%,觀察組明顯高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異顯著(P0.05);兩組治療4周后在生理、心理、社會(huì)、環(huán)境四個(gè)維度積分上均較治療前明顯升高,治療前后比較差異顯著(P0.05),觀察組治療4周后在生理、心理、社會(huì)、環(huán)境四個(gè)維度積分較對(duì)照組治療4周后明顯提高,兩組比較差異顯著(P0.05);觀察組治療4周后在全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞壓積、全血還原黏度積分上均較治療前明顯升高,治療前后比較差異顯著(P0.05),觀察組治療4周后在全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞壓積、全血還原黏度較對(duì)照組治療4周后下降顯著,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針灸理療能提高腰椎間盤突出癥患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of acupuncture and physical therapy on the quality of life in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 158 patients with lumbar disc herniation from November 2011 to November 2014 were divided into two groups: the control group (79 cases) was treated with drugs such as activating blood circulation to relieve pain, and the observation group (79 cases) was treated with acupuncture and physical therapy. The changes of relative indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results: the cure rate of the control group was 26.58 and the total effective rate was 83.54. The cure rate of the observation group was 40.51 and the total effective rate was 93.670.The observation group was obviously higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology, society and environment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before and after treatment (P0.05), and in the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology and society were significantly higher than those before and after treatment. The scores of the four dimensions of environment were significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P0.05). In the observation group, after 4 weeks of treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood reduction viscosity score were significantly higher than those before and after treatment, and the difference was significant before and after treatment (P0.05). In the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment, the whole blood viscosity was high, the whole blood viscosity was low, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood reduction viscosity was significantly lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture physiotherapy can improve the quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
