【摘要】：目的分析中醫(yī)護(hù)理操作技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用中的制約因素,對存在的問題展開探討,尋求有效的解決策略。方法采用總結(jié)性描述研究法,自制問卷對省內(nèi)15家中醫(yī)院內(nèi)抽取的600名護(hù)理人員展開調(diào)查分析,梳理中醫(yī)護(hù)理操作技術(shù)臨床應(yīng)用狀況。結(jié)果中醫(yī)十八項護(hù)理操作技能在臨床應(yīng)用中排名前五項護(hù)理技術(shù)項目分別為中藥保留灌腸法、拔罐法、刮痧法、穴位按摩法和濕敷法,護(hù)理人員技術(shù)掌握情況較好,而醫(yī)院實際開展總情況不盡理想,廣泛開展55名(9.1%),常規(guī)開展156名(26.0%),偶爾應(yīng)用326名(54.3%),極少應(yīng)用63名(10.5%)。結(jié)論臨床應(yīng)用中醫(yī)護(hù)理操作技術(shù)還不夠廣泛,其中存在的問題有護(hù)理工作性質(zhì)本身約束著中醫(yī)護(hù)理操作技術(shù)的施展、中醫(yī)護(hù)理人員缺乏正規(guī)編制等,醫(yī)院應(yīng)尋求針對性解決策略,才能使目前中醫(yī)護(hù)理操作技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀得以改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the restrictive factors in the clinical application of nursing operation technology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), to explore the existing problems and to seek effective solutions. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze 600 nursing staff in 15 hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in order to sort out the clinical application of nursing operation technology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Results the top five items of nursing techniques in clinical application of TCM were retention enema, cupping, scraping, acupoint massage and wet compress. However, the overall situation of hospital practice was not satisfactory, 55 (9.1%) were widely carried out, 156 (26.0%) were routine, 326 (54.3%) were occasionally used, and 63 (10.5%) were rarely used. Conclusion the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation technology is not extensive enough, among which the existing problems are the nature of nursing work itself constrains the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation technology, the lack of regular establishment of traditional Chinese medicine nursing staff, etc. In order to improve the application status of TCM nursing operation technology, hospitals should seek targeted solutions.
